Having made several LION packs over the years this caught my eye...

Recently, Julian Ilett was showing a product to easily make LION packs. I like the kit he was using and looked at the cost and thought it was ok for what you get, but it's was still over $43 USD to get 🙁

I did like the idea of the product though...

Remembering I have 3d printers and limited Kiddy-Cad skills, I set out and made this:

What I plan, is to use brass screws and the battery terminals a brass/copper/other strips for the pack connectors. The packs can be put together and secured by zip ties.  These can be printed as needed of course and the connecting hardware is easy to source locally.

Here is an example minus the connecting hardware.

Still a work in progress.

That's pretty cool

Now we need to find a CHEAP source for batteries (the non-explody kind)

@spyder

Thanks, Spyder.

I like EBL and LG batteries. EBL's are marked 3000mah, but are really @2000mah but can be had for about 10$-12$USD for four on ebay. LG's are @ 20$ per four.
