Recently I had found an broken electronic scale.The scale hadn t got a battery holder and I had placed a TP4056 module(without short-circuit protection),a 1A Li Ion rechargeable battery, a buck converter because the the scale need just 3V to work and a switch.

My wife's mother often said "don't marry a man that can fix things, you'll never get anything new."
So true. I've fixed my washer, dryer, a/c and usually anything else around the house. Last week I replaced the defective switch on her coffee pot.
I'll never call a service person as long as my body will permits me to repairs things myself.
