The project I am working on is using a dupont female but with 3 wires. I can't find those, so I was just going to use 3 single wires. I can see it is convenient for situations where you have 3V3, G, 5V but as long as I am careful I won't release the magic smoke. What does everyone else use?

Hardware - Expert in 1401, and 360, fairly knowledge in PC plus numerous MPU's and MCU's

A picture paints a thousand words... are you able to show the female connector?
