Hello Bill, I qualified as an Electrical Engineer but then went into Finance & Commerce ☹️ and never really dabbled in electrics / electronics except minor jobs around the house.
After retiring I used the little extra time on my hands ( wife always has an urgent job lined up for me ) to get back into electronics. As most do, it started with basic Arduino stuff but has now grown into an "obsession" ( according to my wife ) After doing the usual "smart home" stuff, I began to apply my new "skills ?" to my other hobby, model railways. I enjoy coding ( by no means an expert ) and use this to great extent on my layout (DCC),
My goal is to end up with a workshop "half as organized and equipped as yours......but that is going to be a MAJOR challenge.
