This is probably the best I have seen on collecting data from a micro, Or sending to.
CSV?

@crustylarry Looks useful, thanks for posting it!
CSV?
Is that a question, Ron? Seems a little short on words!

CSV = comma separated values. It's a form of textifying spreadsheets and some oil database formats. The data is saved in a text file with words and strings enclosed in quotes; values are separated by commas and a carriage return (or newline or both) at the end of each record.
Anything seems possible when you don't know what you're talking about.
@dronebot-workshop Sorry, I thought it was a universally understood term. I see @will already commented on it.

@dronebot-workshop I finally looked at the video. That is a nice automation of importing CSV data AND it adds real-time updates. It looks like there is quite a bit more to it. His setup didn't have a lot of variability in the data so it was hard to see how useful the result was. If the input was a weather station wind sensor, then showing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd order graphs might be of interest. I will (when I find time) add that to my station.

@dronebot-workshop @crustylarry @will I just discovered the version of Excell on myMac does not have that ability. That is one more reason for me buying the tiny Windows box.
What wasn't discussed was the ability to feed test data to the arduino from the spreadsheet, a feature I find much more compelling than the output side.
There are a few more YT vids on it.
