ON MY ARDUINO IOT CLOUD CONSOLE  IT SHOWS LIKE THIS...

WARNING : ibrary arduinoiotcloud_1_2_1 claims to run on mbed, samd, esp8266, mbed_nano, mbed_portenta architecture(s) and may be incompatible with your current board which runs on esp32 architecture(s).

Maybe use a compatible board instead ?

Anything seems possible when you don't know what you're talking about.

@taha

That sounds very strange. Perhaps the board was damaged during a previous use.

First, You should load an example non-IOT ESP32 sketch to test whether the board itself is still operating correctly.

If the board seems OK from the above test, then try starting over from scratch with a fresh copy of a minimal IOT sketch and see if that works. If it does, then your sketch may have had an error introduced.

If you have another board, try it too.

Good luck.
