Hi Friends, today i am hunting for a P-channel MOSFET with low Rds-on.
My requirements:
* P-channel MOSFET transistor
* THT (not SMD)
* low Rds-on, i would say as low as possible, in range of 1-20 mOhm would be excellent
* low Vth treshold voltage so it can be fully on and off switching with 5V logic (or even 3.3V would be interesting)
* last but not least, it should be available on Aliexpress, for economic reasons
I can give back an excellent tip for an N-channel IRLB3034 with Rds-on about 2 mOhm at Vgs = 4.5V, but was unable to find a similar in properties P-channel transistor 🙁

Don't we all. The SMD issue may be a problem, but have you considered using an interposer board? These are small boards that you stick normal header pins on and solder the SMD device to the board. Using paste and a hot air gun or even a decent soldering gun is quite a bit easier with the interposer board than working directly on the PCB. I have some coming from DigiKey today or tomorrow including a DMG2305UX P chan Mosfet (datasheet attached) I bought 10 for $3.89 from DigiKey. Since I bought a few other things (over $100) shipping is free. The interposer boards I got from Amazon(.ca for me) and cost $7.49CDN for 10. If you still need THT, they are available, but I don't recall the part number. If I find it, I will post back.
EDIT Also check out SI4599. It is a dual N and P chan. I got them on Ali for $0.83CDN each.

Finally i have found
* AOI4185 or AOTF4185 with 20 mOhm @ -4.5V Vgs, suitable for up to -40V Vds
* AOI409 or AOTF409 with 55 mOhm @ -4.5V Vgs, suitable for up to -60V Vds
