I'd like to suggest video/article on setting up Bluetooth devices using Arduino and PCs. There is much disinformation out there and I've had no success watching numerous videos and reading articles. I do everything RIGHT, but still no communication from Arduino with BT device (HC-05) attached to a PC. MAYBE it's a problem with Win11 preventing ports from opening...
