Just downloaded the image for Ubuntu 19.10 I was wandering has anyone else done this if so please share your experience.👍😁Β
If it's what I'm thinking, I tried it, and it's the server version that's CLI only. You'll have to manually load the GUI, which isn't really a big deal I guess
I just installed Ubuntu 18.04 on my Pi 4 the other day.Β Then I installed the GUI desktop which took another 3 hours for me.Β Could be in part due to a slow Internet speed.Β I currently have Ubuntu up and running on the Pi 4.
Tonight I've been trying to installed Visual Code OSS.Β I'm currently downloading a package to do that as we speak.
I haven't had Ubuntu up and running long enough to review it.Β Β It looks promising, but until I get all the software I want installed and working correctly I'll hold off reviewing it.Β I'm hoping that by sometime next week I can report success. 😊Β
Only time will tell on that one.

The link for 19.10.1 is https:/Ubuntu.com/download/iot/raspb...Β Β Β Β Β The u in Ubuntu may not be upper case so try it both ways if it doesn't work 👍😀
