Actually a bit north of Denver, CO.
Mainly I do woodworking as a hobby but I'm also doing some 3D printing, laser cutting/etching, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino stuff.
Full time I'm a programmer, working in Java at the moment, but I've been programming since the days when we had to assemble the S100 boards and enter the program through flipping switches on the front panel.
My most complete project was a 20 second timer during the pandemic using an arduino and a 12 LED ring. Counted up 10 seconds in red, counted down 10 seconds in white (2 blue LEDs blinked back and forth each second as well) and when all was done the entire ring flashed green a few times. Pretty basic, but fun.
I'm mainly interested in IOT things and autonomous vehicles.
Welcome to the forum. It's a great group for your interests.
Wouldn't happen to have a wood mill would you? 😎

@inq No, I do not. I'd like to, but I really don't have any room to use it or store the wood from it.
