Hi, I'm Jdubsee and I've registered here because I am hoping to find some answers for an idea I've been kicking around. I have next to no experience with electronics, though I did pick up one of those Arduino kits from Amazon and a couple books (I've done the blink test). Lately my interest in electronics is pretty big so I've been binging all of Dronebot Workshop's Youtube videos. I also have some experience coding with C++.
I'm looking forward to discovering all there is to do here, and contributing to the forums with you all.
Take care!
@jdubsee
Welcome to the forum.
We'll be glad to hear your questions.
Anything seems possible when you don't know what you're talking about.
After three years with renovating our house (no time for hubby) , I am back on this forum hoping to learn, get help and hopefully be able to help others...
My main interest is architecture (profession) and model railways (hobby) These interests leads me to many other areas, One is electronics/Arduino/, I find Dronebot Workshop especially well made.
The project i like to discuss with you is related to my model railway project Finstadbru, a station with sawmill etc at the former norwegian 750mm narrow gauge railway Urskog Hoelandsbanen (UHB) not far from Oslo, Norway.
Se my blog wher my challeng with electronics/Arduino is explained: Tertittkameratene - FREMO
@keknor Welcome to the forum. You will find a fair number of RR fans and some of them are even electronics experts. Ask your questions in a new topic in the appropriate forum/sub-forum
