I'm trying to understand the diffrence between these two. Maybe someone can help me out?

Looks to me if one has standard coil/contact (in other words mechanical) and the other is just a solid state relay (no moving parts).  I haven't read all the specs on the two, but in many instances, depending on what you might be controlling, one might work as well as the other.
