I am not understanding how to use the SN74HC166N. The pin config of this PISO is way different from the Phillips version. Also, seems more complicated, can anyone point me in the right direction? Developing on a Arduino Uno.
USE CASE:
I am using this PISO to expand the amount of buttons and switches I can use making a custom joystick.
