how to hook-up Esp12 E or F

The small IOT device ESP12F, 4mb flash, 80 mhz, wifi etc..

I´ve found this small device on the internet and ordered a few. 

I have found a few videos on youtube but when it comes to reliable explanations, the Dronebot Workshop is second to none
And i would love to know a safe way to programme / hookup / connect to pc,, to this board.
I think i saw a topic somwere in here were you said somthing about making a video on th ESP32,, witch is very much easier to connect to a pc via usb port. So i think this device ESP12E could spice things up a bit.
It would be a great help if you could explain somthing about how to use "blynk" with these devises as well.

Anyway.. thank you for a great site and thank you for the fantastic videos on youtube.
