Hello readers and fellow makers!

I have gotten into 3D-Printing pretty recently. My first print came awesome. But I am facing multiple issues recently where-in the first layer is not adhering propely. The other layers come out perfectly fine. But its the first that is horrible.

These are the specs of the printer:

Ender 3

Head:210

Bed:75

Filament: PLA (Cheap)

Slicer: Cura

Photo off one of the examples has been attached below.

Level your bed. Nozzle too far.

Level your bed. Nozzle too far. Also check extrusion, looks like under extrusion. Videos available on YouTube, check CHEP's video, how to set extrusion.

@sbindus09 Thanks a lot for the tips. I am currently checking the bed levelling. I'll check extrusion too.

Cheers!

See the website :  www.Thingiverse.com

Thingiverse - Digital Designs for Physical Objects

They have at least three different support groups that share and exchange information about their Ender 3 3d printer problems.   You have to make a free logon to be able to get to the "Group" area.   I normally start my morning by reading the new group information on Thingiverse and recent postings the DroneWorkshop website.

Also, by looking at the picture it looks like your Z adjustment is to high.   Typically it the first layer is bad, but the second and third layers catch up and get better it is the Z adjustment or the bed level.   If it is under-extruding, it will under extrude on all layers.

@RCC1 I completely agree with your statement regarding the other layers gatteing better since that is what is happening in my case. I am currently re-levelling my printer's bed. If the issue still does not get fixed, I will get back.

Cheers!
