Sim7600E

I am busy with a project where a user activates a panic button which then sends an SMS to three pre-programmed friends or family members notifying them that he or she needs urgent help, maybe a senior citizen living alone has fallen and is injured.  One of the main problems was that people just ignore SMS's during the night or when they are busy with something, so we added another feature, the SMS was followed by a phone call with a pre-recorded message.

Our next hurdle was we used a Sim800L but found out that it was a 2G and some of our towers were operating on 3 and 4G.

It has been suggested we use the SIM7600E and a Rasberry Pi4.

Any suggestions would be welcome, has anyone used the SIM7600E?
