Hello my user name is Notrum1 and I am from England. I am now retired, but I have been an electronic engineer for most of my working life. I did a physics degree, but went into electronics as a hardware engineer. I have very little experience in programming. My main reason for joining the forum is to talk to people about programming.

Welcome aboard, we are one, but we are many... please feel free to post any questions about programming and hardware - There are many people with similar experiences and needs and willing to help.

Cheers

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

If you are starting or rediscovering programming, what language are you focusing on?

There are many members on the forum with diverse programming experience so whichever it is I'm sure you will be in good company, so post away!

Cheers

PS

Your post title - "Remote Controlled Wheelbarrow"?

I'm a bit fixed.

@ronbentley1 Hello Ron I am using FS-i6 as my radio control, for some reason the sixth channel says it is used and I cannot unused it. I am using Bills program, using Ibus and FS-i6. I have a tipping mechanism using a motor, in one mode the wheel borrow moves and in the mode the tipping motor works, But I cannot get the mode switch to work, I am using the same ideal that bills use, but in my case the switch does not.

Thanks, I did ask didnt I?!

I clearly do not know anything about your rig/set up but what immediately springs to mind is that a member had a similar issue a while ago with a servo not working. The code was good but what the issue seems to have turned out to be was that the servo library he was using didnt support more that 12 servos. He had 13!

Could you be working beyond the limitations of a library, for example?

So, if this appears to fit your issue then try swapping around the code a little to see if the issue moves.

Just a thought. Good luck
