Hi,

I found my way here by way of the ESP32cam robot tutorial- for which I have a few questions but it's been a super useful and fun project to build so far.   I actually have parts for an updated version printing right this very moment!   (ours is amphibious).   Ordinarily I'm a career inventor/designer/engineer and moved to Charlotte, NC from my hometown in Chicagoland to help start a company bringing new ideas to life- which i've done throughout my whole career- this led to more opportunities including an entry (& years of struggle/fun with TV's Battlebots).

I recently let my consulting business subside while spending time (during covid) learning with my girl- an opportunity I don't hesitatate to recommend!   When I can, we try to document some of our daily projects to a website (www.nothingnormal.net) where I try to include free cad models and basic instructions but we're WAY behind on account of taking on too many projects.  Everything there is free.  Hope to see you all around!

@salukikev

Hi and welcome to the forum - your web site looks great! I love the smoke bubbles post!!! Fantastic, so easy even I could do it!

I particularly like the fact that much of your work and discoveries includes your children which I am sure they will benefit from greatly as they grow.

Looking forward to your future post.

@ronbentley1 Thanks, Ron!  There wouldn't be a website if not for her.  I try to get her to explain everything like she's teaching the internet (which she likes to do) since it means she has to actually learn it first!   Sneaky, eh?

It also motivates me to unload all the media from my phone & such... which I'm WAY behind on so hopefully more posts soon!
