Hi to all members

My name is George but GT will do. I have lived in the NY City Tri-State area all of my days.

I have always worked in the electronics industry, mainly in the communications field, for longer

than I care to admit. About 40 years all in all so I have seen quite a few changes in that time.

For example when I started out: There was no internet. There was no cellular. (We had IMTS - Google that one!) The first computer I bought was a Timex-Sinclair. Then an Apple II+. Fast forward to 2021

and I play with things like IoT with ESP32's, Arduino's and PIC's and a few TI SoC's too.

I am also into model trains and l Iove combining my train and electronics hobbies together.
