i followed the YouTube video on how to make a power supply from an ATX power pack all went really well, the only problem i have is the yellow wire for the meter i cant figure out where it goes .appreciate any help.cheers David

@david2ksmith Does the meter work? If so, it goes nowhere, but if not, then you need to determine the logical name, as 'yellow' has no meaning. In Bill's article, it shows the Black and Red power lines, which are of larger gauge, and 3 lines of smaller gauge for the meter display. They are Black for Gnd, Red for VCC, and Yellow for Voltage Sense. The name is Voltage Sense, so attach the meter yellow wire to either the positive output or input (they are tied together) banana plug post. Sense is like putting a finger on a taught fishing line to feel the fish bite or putting your ear on a rail track to hear the train coming!

Are you unaware that each video has a link to an article with pictures, diagrams, and written instructions. YT is eye candy, but building instructions is still best done from the written word.
