My name is Bill.
I've been playing with electronics for a long time but having kids stalled my hobbies for a lot of years.
I'm in my 50's now and learning that I missed a lot.
I love the micro-controller world. So many possibilities! I have worked on a few arduino projects but I'm still not great at it.
The Drone Bot Workshop is definitely my favorite youtube channel for learning about the vast variety of micro-controllers out there. I hope to get some questions answered here and even answer a few when I get good enough.

@bholovnia Welcome to the forum Bill, but since the man on TV is also named Bill, you should modify your name a bit so we don't get confused even if it's only Bill2. or Bill (Initial)
First computer 1959. Retired from my own computer company 2004.
Hardware - Expert in 1401, and 360, fairly knowledge in PC plus numerous MPU's and MCU's
Major Languages - Machine language, 360 Macro Assembler, Intel Assembler, PL/I and PL1, Pascal, Basic, C plus numerous job control and scripting languages.
Sure you can learn to be a programmer, it will take the same amount of time for me to learn to be a Doctor.
