Hello from Southern California

Hi everybody:

I stumbled upon the DronebotWorkshop YouTube channel, and have been enjoying it, as well as learning from it.  I have a BS in Electrical Engineering, but like many people, my career diverged from my education; I've been in the Information Technology/Information Security world now for 25 years.  But electronics is one of my hobbies.  I dabble in various technologies, including Arduino of course, the Propeller from Parallax (check out a micro-controller-based contest in which I won 6th place: https://learn.parallax.com/educators/inspiration/pulmonary-capacity-analyzer ),  MicroChip PIC's and some analog stuff that I have been tying to my astronomy hobby (working on an ELF antenna/amplifier for solar storm monitoring).  I've often thought about tinkering in robotics, so this web site and YouTube channel will definitely fit right in with my interests.

I'm looking forward to the content and videos from this site.  Thank you Bill for putting it all together so well.
