Help Identify a Voltage Regulator

I am trying to build a robot tank as described in an 'instructables' project.

The parts list doesn't list a voltage regulator.

I was wondering if the good people here might recognise it. I've picked the best moment in the supporting video that shows the component as clearly as possible.? Voltage Regulator

I posted a request for clarification on the instructables website just over a day ago, but I am pushed for time and was hoping it might be a simple task for someone here?

Here is an Amazon link to the breakout adapter seen in the video:  NRF24L01 Breakout Adapter

There is a 5V to 3.3V regulator on this adaptor that they are referring to when they call the adapter a voltage regulator.  Below is a snapshot of one of the breakout adapters and I have pointed out in the pic where the actual regulator is located.  You'll need to right click on the pic and chose "open link in new tab"  to see a larger rendition.  Hope this helps.
