Is anyone else having a problem with posts timing out on upload?

Weird,
Multiple short posts seem to work correctly. Longer posts, a couple of paragraphs, seem to timeout on upload.

Seems to be related to the fact that my systems blocks tracking cookies.
Also Cut and Paste from LibraOffice seems to cause the input form to choke.

same issue with long posts on firefox when using the 'paste as text' button on the form.
