Hey guys,

In furtherance of my never ending Arduino Battery Charger project, I bought a set of Toprema crimper with additional jaws. I've seen several other crimpers, identical except for the sticker on the crimper

What I will be crimping is XH 22AWG leads & VH 16AWG leads.

I've attached jpg files, of the crimper & the other included jaw replacements. I recognize the red, blue, yellow jaws, I've used them before in wiring my amplifier in my car.

The others, are a complete mystery to me, & it's even difficult trying to read the stamped scribbles on them. the 'manual', is indecipherable, or at least the english half is.

Can anyone tell me which jaws are meant to be used for my intended use? I've managed to mangle a bunch of crimps, & are getting a little peeved!

Thanks in advance,

Christine

The only one that looks remotely correct is the bottom jaws in your complete set picture.

unfortunately the individual picture is too blurry to get a good look!

Hi, sorry about the quality of the images. I think it might be due to flash bounce back from the coffee table. I'm using the one you picked, I had just hoped it might be something i was missing.

The problem is I've only got out from University, & am poor 😥 , else I would have bought one of the more expensive single use crimpers.

Thanks for your help;

Christine
