Expecting to get this on Wednesday, but arrives Monday morning, a good start.
Looks like typical Dremel top quality, that metal box is super.
Guess it is time to RTFM. Just wondering whether the gas tank is full. Unfortunately, haven't got time to get any until Thursday.
Also thought it may have been Made in China, but Formosa is close enough!
That's a nice looking unit, and it seems to come with more accessories than the Weller did. You'll have to let us know how the Creme Brulee turns out!

I just wish I had known about these things 15 years ago when I still had my sailing boat!
You can believe me when I say that soldering in a 5G position, with a mains soldering iron and extension cable, with the boat bobbing around in a marina and without two more hands is nigh on impossible.
Not counting the number of times I burnt myself.
Nice !
Wish I had that half an hour ago
After 8 months of use, the Creme Brulee is excellent!
I am also quite pleased with this purchase for other reasons, it is excellent for doing quick jobs without having to set up a soldering iron.
I was surprised at the temperature from the hot air blower, it was more than enough to desolder SMDs, with one drawback. The blower actually blows the desoldered small SMDs clean off the board, which makes soldering a little difficult if you don't hold the parts down with some tweezers.
