I got 10 18650 LiOn cells from AliExpress for $55 CDN delivered. They are labelled 3500 mAh. I have cycled and measured them before storing using the storage setting on my charger. They capacity test at 3350ish which is 95% of advertised and I find acceptable especially at 1/2 the price of the questionable Canadian cells.
If you are interested, just PM me and I will give you a link. I don't want the link here in order to prevent scrapers doing something funny with it.
