My latest for show and tell is a scary owl to scare pigeons off the balcony for my elderly mother.

I made the frame out of Vintage Meccano. So, basically, when the owl detects motion, which is supposed to be a pigeon, it's eyes light up, it turns its head and makes a noise which is theoretically supposed to be scary for pigeons. I haven't tested it on any real pigeons but it works ok on the wife.
