I wanted to show some shots of CATHI's gripping hardware (while she tells me Rodney jokes). Powered by a Hitec large continuous servo, it is a belt driven linear unit made with Actobotic parts. The only things I'm not thrilled with are the collar that holds the arm on the column and the pincers. I'm replacing the collar that goes all the way around the upright instead of halfway as it won't support a lot of weight. I also have my eye on a different style of pincers. The GoBilda servo sure can grip!

@jeffreyjene - That'll get her done!  👍   That might even crush the beer can.  Do you have some plans for "sensing"... egg crush, versus picking up something heavy needing tighter grip?
