Is there any good content out there about using electronics enclosures? I've seen the enclosure performance video on this site. I'm talking about best ways to attach boards to enclosures, accurately remove material for displays, jacks, etc. to produce a neat and professional looking product.

A 3d printer is what you need. 😎 . Seriously that was what I bought my 3d printer for. That and a nice reamer tool and the like for a bit of a cleanup where required. (And maybe a drill when to put in an extra hole missed out when drafting the design)
