Some of my friends say I was born a Geek. I first knew I was a Geek when I was in seventh grade. A friend of mine and I wrote a BASIC program for the game of Yahtzee. I knew from that point that I wanted to build robots. I did not start building robots until 2006 at age 48. I taught myself how to do 3D CAD with Autodesk's Fusion 360 and designed three custom decks for W.A.L.T.E.R., a two-wheeled robot.
I can handle complexity. It is those simple things that confound me!
