Hello fellow forum members, I have an idea for a topic for Bill. I try to recycle parts from old apparatus and often come across sensors but don’t know the pinouts, sometimes there is a part number, but even then google gives “no hit”. How can you discover the correct VCC, Gnd and Data pins or even the correct voltage?

Recycling parts is something I am interested in getting into. How to determine what the parts are and their pinouts would be very helpful.
