I recently saw a mini weather station that used the esp32 and Lillygo T5 e-paper for the display. I don't think you have touched on this, but I think it would be fun to build with your help.
I think many of us have an extra esp32 sitting waiting for something like this.

I actually have been thinking about doing an episode about using e-Ink (or e-Paper, same thing) displays, although the ones I have are HATs for the Raspberry Pi.

I assume you are speaking of something like this? If so then you wouldn't need an "extra ESP32", as this module has the ESP32 already built-in.
I'll certainly consider this as a topic, although of course, I'll need to get a few of these units.
I'd also like to invite comments, has anyone else used one of these devices?
