As an introduction my team and I have been teaching and building robots for our students here in Great Falls Montana. The students range from 5 years and up both male and female. We sometime ago acquired a big bunch of Attiny85's and IR 3 pinned detectors. we followed Bill's video on using a TV remote to control and Arduino, done very well and the code worked the first time not like most of the code posted on other project sites on the internet. His stuff really works.  We would like to see a video on using the Attiny85 for the same purpose and using modified servos (2) for locomotion and one for the gripper(unmodified). Using a NEC mini remote is best for us as we will have plenty of those soon. Our classes comprise of us going to public schools and working with University students and home schoolers.

This is what we would like to see, a project that uses the Attiny85 which is IR controlled using NEC remotes and three servos.
