I put my code in the set up but it is running like it is in the loop

Its very simple I just used the sample code from cytron pwm dir dual but I think I changed the delay and it is just awful trying to type example code from this tablet to show plus I wasn't planning to keep it I just want to move forward for 3 seconds and stop 3 second delay then move backward for 3 and stop just to test the drive but she don't want to stop lad and she weighs in at a good 19 stone plus with another 25 lbs coming but it moves smooth
