NUBE Question: Nidec 24H PWM with Pi Pico and a Pico Explorer Base?
This engine seems interesting considering a turntable project I'm planning. I will try to create an engine system that continuously monitors the rotational speed and corrects deviations. The Nidec engine has several options for feedback from the engine. As far as I understand, the built-in controller means that the motor does not need an external driver, but the motor speed can be controlled with an up to 20khz pwm signal.
My questions are:
Is it possible to control this engine with Pi Pico / Pico Explorer / microPhyton without any special library or special tricks? For example, are there opportunities to read tachometer data and create a logic that corrects deviations from the desired rotational speed?
I see the built-in decoder should have 5v. This is where the NUBE really comes into play: Does it mean that the PWM signal it is to be fed with for speed control must also be 5v? Can Pi Pico and / or Pico Explorer deliver it? Should the PWM signal be tapped directly from the Pi Pico?

Regards
