Dear All,

My name is Thomas Revsbeck, and I am from Denmark.

I am happy to join Dronebot Workshop Community.

I am a CNC-Operator, Mechanic and Mechanical Engineer.

I have been working as Engineer for 15 year within different businesses like Airport Systems, Aerospace, Agriculture Machinery.

I have been working with topics like 3D CAD, FEA, Motion, CFD, Project Management, Industrial Engineering etc..

Recently I started to get interested in Electronics and Coding, so I just bought a "Arduino Starter Kit" and started following Arduino Tutorials on YouTube.

I look forward to get inspiration and help from this community....Β

Hello Thomas, welcome to the forum!

Ah, Cartesian coordinates in mind and a Machinery's Handbook within reach, no doubt ... ret. draftsman here ...Β  sounds like you have an interesting background with many disciplines. I'm new to learning C and the Uno R3 ... and enjoying how modular Arduino can be, the possibilities are infinite, especially once making modular boards ourselves.

Welcome Revsbeck. Do you have a project in mind? There’s a huge Arduino community and they are all over the place. Like I’m here to learn how to make a browser based console for a EV conversion. I want some of the features of a Tesla implemented in a 1973 VW bus and then share it with theEV conversion community.

Thank you. I am building small projects to start with in order to understand the basics.

I just added a Topic in the Forum/Arduino where I ask for help using STEPPER MOTORS controlling a Magnetic Sketch Board.Β
