Hi everyone.
New member, Ian Millard here. I'm from Australia.
A little bit about myself.
I am 55 years old and retired.
I am a railway modeller in HO scale.
I am keen to learn about ESP32 and simple coding for a project I am working on for my model railway. I will elaborate more on this in a separate post in the relevant section.
I am a total novice with anything ESP32/Arduino and coding, so please be nice! 😀. I may bombard you all with a lot of questions!

Hello Ian, Welcome to the forum.
As I’m sure you’ve seen by now, there are many members on here with varying levels of experience in both the hardware and software side of things. Of course Bill’s (our host) videos on a variety of related subjects are excellent!
If you should have questions or a problem with a project you are working on, just post a query in the appropriate sub-forum with a few details about the problem and I’m sure most members will be more than willing to help you.
As a side note, I was stationed in your beautiful country for a few years with the US Navy a while back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait for an opportunity to return.
