Hi all,

My name is Pieter, which is the Dutch version of Peter and pronounced approximately the same. I am from The Netherlands, also know as Holland.

I am a retired computer scientist, but I studied math and physics more than 50 years ago. Then I also did some elementary electronics, but things have changed a bit in the meantime. Recently I started picking up the electronics, dusting off my Arduino, and looking into some electronics projects. But I still have to get my knowledge up to date. I recently discovered Bill's videos and I have watch quite a lot of them. I also started an online electronics course to get a bit up to date.

I started a project to get my garden watering system improved, but because the summer season is over this is on hold now. But I'm still figuring some things out for that project. I hope to get some information from this forum for that project and others.

Hello Pieter and welcome to the forum.

There are quite a few forum members with a garden watering interest so you will be in good company.

Enjoy.
