I live in Chicago and I am using Arduinos on my model railroad. I am self taught sourcing information from a library book and Youtube. I now know enough to know I do not know much at all.
My first project was a signal system that essentially ported Bruce Chubb's C/MRI BASIC code to a couple of Arduino MEGAs.
Now I am working on infrared detection and servo activated track switches which is stretching the area of my knowledge.
