My name is Shawn. I have played around with coding and electronics for about 20 years. I have had no formal training on any of it and lately it's hard to find the time to play around with it. I have experience in coding with php, javascript, html, mysql, visual basic, and a little C++. I'm not an expert in any of them. I started into the electronics with a basic stamp and have played a bit with the Arduino and now the ESP32. I look forward to seeing what's in the forums and learning from the people here.

Mostly what is in the forum is people asking for help with an electronic or software part of their project that they are having trouble with.  If you have limited time then you might do what I do, limit yourself to one project that interests you at a time.  Bill's videos are a good teaching source for using different types of hardware in an electronic project.  Post your result so others can say well done and if need be post for any suggestions on how to improve your code or fix some issues.
