Hello from Ohio

Hello I am Justin. 
 I have recently gotten into electronics (very recently) I haven’t not build anything yet just doing research. I have switched professions at my plant from mechanic to electrician about 2 years ago and have been more interested in electronics the more comfortable Ive gotten with electricity. 

I have bought an esp32 wroom 32 and ws2811 and am interested in LEDs. 

does anyone recommend a couple beginners level tasks that are good for learning.?

Does any recommend something cool or useful that they use or do to help your day to day or something that you find cooler that isn’t well known. Thanks everyone.
