Dear all,

my name is Ruedi, I am 58 and work as a chemist in the industry. I have always had an interest in electronics, and kind of re-discovered the topic about a year ago. I started with a few simple breadboard projects and with Raspberry Pi. At the moment, I am busy with my MotionEye camera project, which gives me more challenges than I had expected.

Dear Bill,

I think mankind owes you a lot for your channel. I have hardly seen anything as clear, as matter-of-fact, and entertaining. I have seen the majority of your videos by now.

I am glad that I found this forum and look forward to learn, entertain and get entertained, chat, and maybe help once my knowledge is growing.

By the way, is there a thread for MotionEye? I would love to ask some questions, and maybe throw in my 2 cents that I might have to offer.

Looking forward to interesting moments with all of you ..

Ruedi

Hi Ruedi

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for the nice compliment!

I don't believe we currently have a thread on MotionEye but it is an excellent topic, and it deserves a thread. So please feel free to start one and ask as many questions as you wish, I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses.

If it's about MotionEye in general than you could create a post in the "Technology and Other things" forum. Or if you are speaking of a Raspberry Pi implementation of MotionEyeOS then create a post in the Raspberry Pi section of the "Components & Programming" forum.

Looking forward to chatting with you on the forum. And I send you some return greetings from Montreal, Canada!

?

Bill
