Hello everybody, I'm Nick from the Toronto/Mississauga area. I've been watching the dronebot videos for some time now and they've been very educational. Now I'm retired I have some more time to pursue these interests and signed up for the forum. I very much like the look of the 6 wheel rover project and look forward to following along.

@flat_battery

Welcome to the forum.

Are you planning any projects or just on for the ride for the time being ?

Anything seems possible when you don't know what you're talking about.

I had started on a smaller 6 wheel robot that I was on Instructables but of course there there's always that bit where magic happens. You put this bit here, that bit there, connect that to this and voila it works. Well, no.. You didn't mention where the power goes, circuit picture A is from something else and no code examples. (reminds me of the old Haynes manuals).

That said, it inspired me to go looking for the answers and of course many great examples on dronebot. I started with the L298n driver (dronebot) tutorial and now working with a couple of BTS7960B drivers. When I have this working on some 775 motors I'll see if I can put it all together in a 6wd rover.

Thanks

Good, if you have any problems, there's probably somebody here with the answers. Good luck.
