It all must come down to supply and demand.
No, not when prices are manipulated for profiteering... these bastards are increasing prices, even when our dollar has risen significantly over the past 6 months, things have never been more expensive - There's always an excuse that never makes sense to anyone. For example, look at recent food increases? How about oil? When Oil was around $75USD a barrel, then it went consistently lower for months, to such a point it wen't to around negative (-$40) something per barrel on the stock market, our fuel price only went down a minute fraction of that difference, even when our dollar also rose at the same time.
The truth is that things are manipulated and overpriced, and let's not even talk about the false values of housing.
