Hello everyone, I have been working on a project that requires an ESP32 Board. After copying the code and pasting it to New Arduino sketch I hit compile and received the error message cannot compile for that ESP board. I'm using an ESP32-WROOM-32U.That particular board is not listed under ESP boards so I used the closes one . No luck , so I tried another board no luck (Dev I think) ,so I went to preferences to check URL , no problem there , then went to board Manager and Uninstalled and Reinstall ESP32 Boards . NO Luck. I probably tried every board listed under ESP32 NO luck. This is getting very frustrating by now (many hours later) . I have used these boards in the past on many occasions and never had an issue . I went back to Boards Manger and un + reinstalled ESP32 boards but this time I noticed the Arduino ESP32 Boards was installed as well so I uninstalled it and Yes that was the issue . With that uninstalled the code compiled and upload with no problem . I've had this problem with libraries but never boards .Has anyone else had this issue ? Please let me know . Thanks Gee
