Placed an order with RS for some parts for some upcoming and ongoing projects that included a syringe of solder paste, and the leaded stuff only to be informed, because I do not have a trade account and just a joe soap they will not let me buy said substance!!!
What's more annoying, I thought it was a trade account from me having a business.

Sorry to hear your tale of woe. I haven't bought anything from RS for a long time, but have used them, on and off, dating back to when they were "Radiospares" ... but curiously, I don't recall ever buying solder from them!
Looking around, there are lots of alternative suppliers, so hopefully you can soon overcome the problem. Whilst my experience of alternative solders is presently limited, I also note there are several alternative 'lead-free' types which might be a better choice anyway.

got some coming off eBay. I also ripped them, that is RS, a new one for being stupid. 😛
