Hey folks,
I’m working on a custom long-range drone transmitter and trying to integrate the BLP10H610AZ RF transistor. It’s rated for up to 1.4 GHz, so it seemed like a good fit for my 433 MHz setup.
The issue is that the output power drops when I push it near full load. I suspect it’s either my PCB layout or the matching network since I followed the datasheet values, which are tuned for higher frequencies.
Has anyone here used this transistor or a similar LDMOS part in drone RF projects? I’d love tips on proper grounding, layout, or impedance tweaks to keep it stable under load.
Appreciate any insights before I start re-routing the board!
