It really depends upon what you mean by "control LEDs".I watched the video on Digital Potentiometers & would like to understand if they can be used to control leds.
If you mean controlling LEDs with a microcontroller via the digital pot connected to an analog input, then yes. But if you want to connect the digital pot DIRECTLY to the LED to regulate its current, then no.
