This is a mini bag opening for a package received today from the eBay seller: zhuangjian6

Bag received as "Stainless steel rings". Better than plastic sheets I guess 🙂

That sounds great.  I too like to use analog techniques for various functions on the robot.  People often get so used to using digital programming that they forget that for some things an analog circuit might actually be better suited.
